Qualifications

• 3+ years of telesales and contact center operations experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on performance improvement.
• Proven track record in outbound sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Experience with CRM and contact center technologies to monitor and enhance results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 100 outbound sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement effective telesales and outbound strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Monitor KPIs using Salesforce and other contact center tools to identify areas for improvement.
