Salary

Salary: Basic PKR 50,000 + incentives

Job Specification

• Proven B2B sales experience
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling and face-to-face selling skills; ability to build pipeline and close deals
• Understanding of supply chain services: warehousing, inventory management, last-mile delivery and fulfillment
• Good commercial acumen: pricing, proposal preparation, negotiation and basic contract knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu; confident in client meetings and demos
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ability to maintain accurate records and sales forecasts
• Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups and onboarding tasks
