Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team, specializing in the sale of high-quality Fiber Doors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the construction and interior design industry, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, architects, interior designers, and homeowners. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Present, promote, and sell Fiber Doors using solid arguments and product knowledge. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and closed deals. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Fiber Doors, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and online content.
  • Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and awareness through participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Update the company website and social media platforms with relevant content and product information.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in Fiber Doors and related products. Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams as needed.
