Overview
Supervising all sales related female staff at different key stores for sales & Promotional activities of FMCG products (e.g., liquid cloth wash, dish wash).
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounts of key stores regarding daily sales: recording, reporting, and conducting telephone or face‑to‑face sales calls on accounts.
- Supervise and ensure all sales and promotional activities of female sales staff at key account stores.
- Monitor daily in‑out times of female sales staff, assign day‑to‑day responsibilities, provide and receive feedback.
- Ensure activities are executed properly, on the right form and at the right time.
- Develop and manage direct marketing/promotional programs aimed at hotels, hospitals, restaurants, universities, companies and individual customers to promote our product/brand.
- Increase and develop overall business through channels like sales, branding, and promotional strategies.
- Achieve weekly prospecting goals consistently.
- Conduct regular sales training for the female sales team to keep staff updated on latest selling and direct marketing techniques.
- Support, facilitate and develop the female sales team to achieve daily, monthly and annual goals.
- Perform periodic performance reviews for every female salesperson and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly results and the impact of key accounts and promotional activities; prepare reports/presentations for the CEO/Management and suggest strategies to enhance business.
- Conduct market intelligence and present results, market share and customer loyalty comparisons between Wash Well and competitors.
- Keep the CEO, GM and concerned managers informed of problems or unusual matters for timely corrective actions.
- Contact customers by phone or on premises to promote goodwill and foster additional business; follow up on progress of booked business and key account performance.
- Maintain assigned files according to guidelines in account coverage programs.
Job Specification
- Strong knowledge in development of sales & marketing, especially promotional activities.
- Expert in using computer systems (MS Office, Sales/Accounts software).
- Leadership qualities; basics of accounting/finance.
- Ability to lead a team of 40 to 60 employees (primarily female sales staff).
- Excellent communication skills and presentable personality.
