Job description

Ninja Softs is a leading IT solutions provider offering management systems for different businesses, website development for brands, and digital marketing. We are currently looking for Sales Managers with experience or familiarity with an IT background to join our team. The role involves identifying prospects & leads, generating sales, pitching our products & services to new clients, growing corporate relations, and bringing new business to the company.
Candidates with excellent communication and interaction skills will be preferred. This position has great potential for growth and incentive bonuses upon achieving target sales. Candidates with a background in IT will only be considered!


Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
  • Identify the decision-makers within the targeted area to begin the sales process.
  • Conduct research on existing websites and brands to identify improvements.
  • Approach 2 - 3 prospects (on average) daily to make sales.
  • Convert leads into sales and permanent clients.
  • Collaborate with teams to fulfill jobs (orders) on time.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service; strong closing skills are needed.
  • Fulfill monthly targets as given by management.
