We are looking for a results-drivenSales Managerwith a technical background and 8–10 years of experience in selling engineering services. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of theOil & Gas industryand a solid understanding ofcalibration services, with the ability to generate business and manage key client accounts across industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with AMS Engineering’s service portfolio.
- Target high-value projects in theOil & Gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors.
- Identify growth areas forcalibration, testing, and certification servicesacross industrial plants and utilities.
Business Development:
- Drive business for services like fabrication, erection, HVAC, fire safety systems, andinstrument calibration.
- Generate leads and build long-term relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and plant operators.
- Develop customized proposals for technical services based on client requirements.
Oil & Gas Sector Focus:
- Engage directly with Oil & Gas companies and contractors for project-based sales and long-term contracts.
- Understand industry standards and HSE compliance requirements in Oil & Gas project execution.
- Promote AMS Engineering's capabilities in plant shutdown services, pipeline work, skid fabrication, and fire safety systems relevant to the Oil & Gas environment.
Calibration Services Sales:
- Promotecalibration servicesfor pressure, temperature, flow, and electrical instruments in industrial settings.
- Understand ISO/IEC 17025 and other industry-specific calibration standards.
- Identify maintenance and compliance needs of clients in regulated industries.
Client Management & Coordination:
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a point of contact for technical and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business through post-sales follow-up and support.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Prepare technical quotations, tender submissions, and pricing models.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts through CRM tools or reporting dashboards.
- Provide monthly and quarterly performance updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Electrical Engineering (BS/B.Tech).
- 8–10 years of experience in selling engineering services, including Oil & Gas, calibration, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong understanding of technical project sales in sectors such as power, energy, manufacturing, and process industries.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships with high-level decision-makers.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and technical documentation.
Job Location: Lahore
Travelling: would be required as per need
Salary : 250K - 300K (salary bracket is extendable depending on experience and expertise)
