Job description

ZBR Traders (Distributor of Vista Global Pakistan), Pakistan

A results-driven order booker who will actively seek out customer prospects. He will be responsible for visiting shops as per criteria/targets to execute day-to-day plans linked with monthly targets and will ensure company products are available in each and every shop within his territory.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Timely attendance In/Out (09am-05pm) is mandatory to execute plans effectively and efficiently.
  2. Attend daily morning & evening meetings at his workplace.
  3. Share a detailed plan for monthly sales activities with the line manager and finalize the best one.
  4. Share the daily plan with the line manager for better understanding and timely execution.
  5. Keep follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of orders given by customers.
  6. Maintain data and visit reports while performing daily tasks/activities.
  7. Keep good business relations with existing customers and utilize personal PR in the market to engage new customers.
  8. Visit at least 50 shops daily and ensure orders from at least 25 shops. Ensure proper display & sale at each shop on a regular basis.
  9. Ensure availability of all SKUs at every shop.
  10. Achieve monthly targets for individual incentives & company goals.
  11. Any other tasks related to the company/targets assigned by the Line Manager.
