We’re seeking an experienced and self-driven Sales Executive to lead our client acquisition efforts in the UK and Ireland. You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of design clients—ranging from startups to established brands—by generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the design and creative sectors in the UK and Ireland.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our services and pitch customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of proven sales experience in the design or creative industry (UK/Ireland market preferred).
• Strong understanding of design services (branding, UI/UX, creative assets, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn for lead generation.
• Experience selling to international clients is a must.
