Job summary

Top Plastic Surgery Turkey is seeking a Sales Executive to handle inquiries, learn procedures and cities of interest, and pass well-prepared enquiries to consultants. This role involves explaining cost guides and ensuring quality follow-up with English- and Russian-speaking patients.

The position is based on-site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, with hours 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Negotiable bonuses apply and experience in telesales or call centers is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Most visitors to Top Plastic Surgery Turkey arrive undecided. They have read about rhinoplasty or a hair transplant and want to understand cost, safety and the choice of city. The Sales Executive is the first person they speak to when they send a quote or consultation request, and the way that conversation goes decides whether they ever reach a surgeon.

You reply to requests, learn the procedure and city that interest them, explain how the researched listings, cost guides and safety information work, and pass well-prepared enquiries to the consultants. Because the site states that nobody is called best and nothing is bought, your language must be careful: you inform and clarify, you never recommend a provider as the best and never comment on a person's suitability for surgery.

Salary: PKR 50,000-60,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills. Bonuses apply in this role and are explained at interview.
