Job summary

Top Plastic Surgery Turkey is seeking a patient liaison specialist who speaks with prospective clients online and coordinates online consultations with surgeons. Qualifications

• A recognised medical degree (MBBS or equivalent); registration status is checked at interview
• Fluent English; Russian is a strong plus for part of the audience
• Firm discipline on language: no rankings, no best-surgeon claims, no suitability opinions
• Comfort speaking with surgeons as a peer and with patients as a calm guide
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Job description

Top Plastic Surgery Turkey tells patients plainly that it is not a clinic, sells no treatment and takes no paid placement. A site with that promise benefits from a doctor who can read a surgeon's profile critically and talk to patients who want to understand what a consultation will involve. This role is that person.

On the patient side you speak online with people who have sent a quote or consultation request, helping them prepare for a consultation with a surgeon: the photos, medical history and questions a surgeon will need. On the business side you contact plastic surgeons, clinics and hospitals in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Antalya to verify listing details and agree consultation arrangements, always within the no-paid-placement policy. You may also review surgeon and procedure pages for clinical accuracy. You never recommend any surgeon as best and never advise a patient on whether they are suitable for surgery.

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills.
