Job Responsibilities
- Ensure regular visits in designated territory for prospecting and lead generation.
- Explore and increase new client acquisition while building relationships with existing clients.
- Make phone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Analyze and understand customers’ requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Forecast sales and monitor market trends in the assigned area.
- Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration by effectively selling solar energy products and solutions.
- Attend qualified meetings, demonstrate Alpha's products and services, and close sales.
- Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries via post, telephone, and personal visits.
- Prepare and serve quotations/proposals based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on quotations to convert them into sales and keep management informed about progress.
- Gather market information regarding marketing activities, promotions, new developments, and pricing.
- Maintain good business relationships with customers.
- Attend various events organized or participated in by the company.
- Provide timely feedback to the Head of Marketing & Sales about client meetings and activities.
Job Specification
- Experience in the solar industry is required.
- Must own a motorcycle/bike for this position.
- Skills Required: Go-to-market strategy, lead generation, outside sales, pricing negotiation.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
