Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, generating leads, setting up qualified meetings, and providing Demos. You\'ll have the opportunity to leverage your communication skills, strategic thinking, and resilience to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to potential leads through various channels (calls, emails, social media) to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects and tailor communication to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
  • Call prospects in the service contractor industry (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and electrical contractors) from the provided list
  • Qualify the prospect and set up an appointment for the Sales specialist.
  • Daily phone calls/emails, contact business decision-makers, build quick rapport, assess needs, and set an appointment for a demo
  • Explaining client products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales quota, ~80 calls per day, and 4 meetings per week.
  • Setting a meeting appointment and scheduling follow-up tasks for the sales team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4- 5 years of consistent and relevant experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Very strong sales & and negotiation skills
  • Well-organized & and structured working style
  • Great team player and irresistible enthusiasm
  • Superb English communication skills in both written and verbal. C1 level English
