Tech Establishment, based in Lahore, is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative for the US market. The role is onsite in Johar Town with a night shift, focusing on outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting.

You will generate qualified prospects, book meetings for the sales team, and maintain CRM records while achieving daily targets and earning commissions in addition to a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in US cold calling, SDR, appointment setting, or B2B sales.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills and the ability to persuade over the phone.
• Comfortable speaking with US business owners and handling objections.

Responsibilities
