Overview

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth of two brands both of whose market and ICP is based predominantly in the US.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and keen to work with the latest tech tools to develop sales processes that consistently drive business revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build lead lists of prospective companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other prospecting tools.
  • Design and execute outbound outreach campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn sequences, sales flows).
  • Leverage AI tools to identify buying signals, personalize outreach, and scale prospecting.
  • Write and run email sequences to drive responses and meetings.
  • Create LinkedIn outreach strategies to connect with target buyers.
  • Share product demo videos, case studies, and marketing collateral with prospects.
  • Track outreach performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, booked meetings) and optimize campaigns.
  • Work closely with founders to pass qualified leads and schedule discovery calls.
  • Stay current with new prospecting techniques, AI tools, and sales strategies.
  • Develop creative ideas to promote offerings.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently hitting weekly/monthly targets for booked meetings.
  • Building a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Improving outreach metrics (conversion from outreach meetings).
  • Bringing fresh ideas for growth experiments.
Qualifications
  • 12 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills (especially cold email copywriting).
  • Analytical mindset - able to measure and improve campaigns.
  • Comfort with experimenting with new tools (AI, automation, etc.).
  • Driven, self-motivated, and hungry to grow into a future sales leader role.
