Responsibilities
- Calling Nursing and Care Homes throughout UK and acquiring their staffing needs and confirming the terms of business.
- Coordinating with the client by sending them email with Company’s Terms of Business.
- Adding the requirement of the client on an Excel Sheet (Total Sales) and forward them to the Data Entry Department for processing.
- Collaborating with the clients occasionally, to get the updated vacancy list to keep the system updated
- Updating the Excel sheet (Total Sales) on weekly and monthly basis, in order to stay connected with the clients
- Providing Customer Support
- Handling Client queries
- Handling resource queries (If there is any difference between the expected and offered shift patterns or salaries)
Qualifications (Must Haves)
- Proven experience of at least 1 to 2 years of US or UK based client coordination & customer services experience both verbally and through emails.
- Positive and clear English language communication skills.
- Confident & Responsible.
- Effective Listening Skills.
- Well-organized & Time Management Skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Sound judgement.
- Should be comfortable in working during UK timings, 5 days in a week.
