Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Karachi. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable life, health, and Family Takaful solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, delivering product presentations, and following up on leads to build and manage a portfolio of customers. The role involves preparing personalized proposals, guiding clients through the application process, and ensuring timely resolution of client queries. The Sales Consultant will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets while upholding EFU Life's standards of service and ethics.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or advisory roles is beneficial.
