Job summary

WORK is hiring a Senior Closer for our Bahria Phase 4, Phase 7 and Gulberg Greens Offices. The Senior Qualifier will convert qualified leads into confirmed sales, coordinating with verifiers and fronters for a smooth handover to final validators.

The role requires proven call center sales experience, a target-driven mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to close high-ticket deals with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales closing or high-ticket sales.
• Prior experience in a call centre environment is mandatory.
• Experience in Final Expense campaigns is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to close deals confidently and handle objections effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
