Job description

Advent Interactive is looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Associate to perform necessary activities and to generate leads, qualify them and convert them into new business. The Sales & Business Development Associate will be meeting clients (local) and providing sales support via phone, email and video conferencing applications to local and international leads.

  • The Business Development Executive will generate leads and drive new business via cold calling, email marketing and using other mediums and tools.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation for the company’s whole technology portfolio.
  • Identify business needs and build an instant rapport with customers.
  • Sell consultatively and coordinate with other departments accordingly.
  • Act as a company representative and display a professional approach at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and keep customers up to date when necessary.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to optimise the marketing strategy, messaging and sales collateral. Work within the business on optimising the positioning of the company and its service offering
  • Report on sales performance and sales forecasting on regular basis.

Incentives:

Base Salary + Commission on every finished project.
