Sales And Service Specialist

We are looking for Inbound and Outbound Sales Executives with excellent English communication to join our charity team.

As a Sales and Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our supporters, spreading our message, and securing donations.



Responsibilities:



- Make/receive calls to/from supporters and potential donors

- Use provided data to engage with supporters and secure donations

- Spread our charity's message and values across to supporters

- Meet or exceed monthly donation targets

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our supporters



Requirements:



- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)

- Passionate about charitable work and driven to make a difference

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
