We’re seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join Fillinx Solutions, working
exclusively on Tapday to spearhead client acquisition and build strategic partnerships with digital
marketing agencies. This role is ideal for a mid-level or senior professional with a passion for cold
outreach and expertise in managing affiliate programs. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding
Tapday’s enterprise customer base and strengthening our affiliate network.
Key Responsibilities
• Cold Outreach: Identify and engage enterprise-level Shopify stores through targeted cold
outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate leads and close deals.
• Affiliate Program Management: Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate programs with digital
marketing agencies to drive referrals and expand Tapday’s market reach.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools,
ensuring consistent follow-ups and high conversion rates.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with enterprise clients and agency partners
to ensure long-term success and collaboration.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of e-commerce and Shopify trends to identify new opportunities
for enterprise client acquisition and agency partnerships.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales and affiliate program metrics, optimizing
strategies to meet revenue and growth goals.
Qualifications
• Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales and/or marketing, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce
environment. Proven success in cold outreach and managing affiliate programs is highly
desirable.
• Skills:
Expertise in cold outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone) to engage enterprise clients.
Experience managing affiliate programs, ideally with digital marketing agencies. ◦ Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing platforms. ◦ Strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust with clients and partners.
Data-driven mindset to track and optimize sales and affiliate performance.
