Job description

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for the execution of inbound sales & marketing strategy, drive web-based sales & marketing campaigns while focusing on customer acquisition.

  • Develop and optimise online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition;
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Should be professionally expert in managing WHMCS & DNS, Helpdesk Panels and services
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information in alignment with the vision & mission of the company;
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share;
  • Customers of all size on the value proposition of Managed WHMCS, and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud;
  • Create and optimize realistic sale targets and custom landing pages and micro-sites;
  • Implement, analyse, and optimize organic search engine marketing activities;
  • Implement and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and customers;
  • Analyse and provide weekly & monthly digital marketing metrics and lead status reports;
  • Develop and manage content-based Social Networks and Blog Sites.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in web-hosting services
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies;

Entertain Phone calls which customers make on our Toll Free Number, Land Line Number and on Mobile Phone.

  • In collaboration with the core sales teams, drive revenue growth across a broad set of customers
