- Negotiate terms and rates with truck owners and drivers to secure their commitment to our load booking platform.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
