Job summary

Oman OnlineConnect in Karachi seeks a skilled Roofer Supervisor to oversee roofing projects. You will manage a team of roofers, ensure safety and timely completion, and coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to meet project goals.

The position is contract-based with accommodation provided and a free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. Minimum 5 years in roofing with 2 years in supervision, strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in roofing construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of different types of roofing materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to roofing construction.
• Physical stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate roofing projects including materials, equipment and labor
• Supervise a team of roofers providing guidance and instructions as needed
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site
• Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
• Manage project budget and resources to meet project goals
• Train new roofers on proper techniques and safety procedures
• Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure high standards are met
