We are seeking a Retention Lead in Pakistan to own the end-to-end retention motion, collaborate with US teams, and guide a Pakistan-based retention team through coaching, onboarding, and ongoing optimization of offers and saves.

You’ll manage and improve training materials, scripts, and frameworks, align with Growth, Product, and Support, and ensure the right customers receive the right offers at the

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retention, save, sales, or account management team.
• Strong persuasion instincts and the ability to teach them.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable with data, targets and reporting.
• Able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own retention motion end to end: cancellations, renewals, and proactive outreach.
• Lead and coach the Pakistan retention team.
• Turn QA into coaching and improve agent performance.
• Own onboarding for new retention agents and build ramp.
• Write and maintain training material and guides.
• Run regular retraining when offers or competitors change.
• Shape offers with US teams on price and timing.
• Decide who needs an offer and who would stay without one.
• Analyze why customers leave and feed back to Growth, Product and Support.
• Monitor save rate, offer take rate, and long-term retention.
• Collaborate with US Growth, Retention, Support, Product teams.
