Overview
This position is responsible for achieving sales target, dealing with customers and carrying out necessary processes to complete a sale.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for dealing with customers regarding sales and meeting the assigned targets.
- Follow up on clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables.
- Prepare quotations and process the sales orders.
- Obtain customer feedback regarding our services and products.
- Remain updated on stock status.
- Maintain follow-up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements.
- Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleanliness of the floor.
- Track customer’s orders through the system as well as through coordination with concerned departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up to resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail or showroom sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and order management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Organized, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
