Job summary

AIO App Inc. is seeking a Sr. Onboarding Associate to be the first point of contact for new restaurant clients after signup. You will guide onboarding, provide training, troubleshoot, and collaborate across teams to scale the process through hands-on support and automation initiatives.

You’ll manage multi-location accounts, mentor juniors, and help shape onboarding playbooks and SOPs while ensuring a smooth path to go-live and long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Equivalent work experience in hospitality may be considered.
• 1–2 years in onboarding, customer success, implementation, or support in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with restaurant tech like POS, online ordering, inventory or scheduling software.
• Proficiency with CRM or project management tools (Salesforce, Aircall, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for new restaurant partners from contract signature through successful implementation.
• Conduct onboarding calls and tailored training sessions based on each restaurant’s model.
• Configure account settings and customize the platform to match workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Software teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track onboarding milestones and proactively follow up to go live.
• Educate customers on platform best practices and feature utilization to drive adoption.
• Identify risks or delays and implement proactive solutions.
• Provide feedback to improve onboarding tools, documentation, and customer experience.
