Job summary

AIO App Inc is seeking a Sr. Onboarding Associate to serve as the first point of contact for new restaurant clients after signup.

You will guide onboarding, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and work with Sales, Support, Product, and Software teams to scale the process through hands-on support and automation. Responsibilities include conducting onboarding calls, configuring account settings, tracking milestones, and ensuring a smooth go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality, business, communications, or IT.
• 1–2 years in onboarding, customer success, implementation, or support in SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience with restaurant or hospitality tech preferred (POS, online ordering, inventory, scheduling).
• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (Salesforce, Aircall, Asana).
• Ability to use automation tools and data mapping to streamline onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as main liaison for new restaurant partners from contract signature to go-live.
• Conduct onboarding calls and training tailored to each restaurant’s model.
• Configure account settings and customize platform workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Software teams for a seamless experience.
• Track onboarding milestones and drive go-live timelines.
• Educate customers on best practices and feature adoption.
• Identify risks in onboarding and implement proactive solutions.
• Provide feedback to improve tools, docs, and customer experience.
• Lead high-priority onboarding projects, including multi-location accounts.
• Mentor junior onboarding associates and support the onboarding playbooks.
