We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a contract employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and staff performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures, as well as food preparation techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
• Manage and motivate a team of staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements
