Restaurant Manager

Our busy restaurant in Gujrat is seeking an experienced and qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager you will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
• Monitor and analyze sales revenue and expenses to make necessary adjustments for optimal profitability.
• Create work schedules for staff to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Proven track record of successfully increasing sales and profitability in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
