Shawarma Stop in Lake City, Lahore and PIA Road, Lahore, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our busy operations. You will oversee day-to-day activities and drive service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, team management, and a customer-first mindset. You will schedule staff, manage shifts, monitor hygiene and quality, handle inventory, and help achieve sales targets while upholding SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shift operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Monitor daily sales and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.
