Job summary

NIQ is a global measurement and data analytics company seeking a Research Analyst to blend data analysis with client consultation from day one. You will uncover stories behind scatter plots and guide clients on product launches, influencing decisions for major brands.

Based in Karachi, you will collaborate with teams across disciplines, develop project designs, and communicate insights clearly. A Marketing, Economics, or related degree with interest in market research is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 6 months of experience in Market Research preferred.
• Strong analytical mind.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Designs and plans research projects following client briefing.
• Designs questionnaires and methodologies of collecting information.
• Coordinates the execution of projects, informs clients on progress, and instructs other departments on data collection and processing.
• Achieves the given revenue target on key accounts to attain overall targets.
• Collaborates with other research executives and trainees who assist with project stages.
• Contributes to coaching and training of trainees and other executives.
• Analyzes results, provides feedback to clients, and writes reports and recommendations.
• Presents study results to clients.
• Assists in smooth collection from clients and communicates changes to Finance for invoicing.
• Brings innovation in processes via analysis, tools, or new methods.
