Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals, who are not married to a foreign national, for the appointment on the following position in the Department of Pharmaceutics under National Research Program for Universities-Higher Education Commission (HEC) project No. 5664/Punjab/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2016, titled “Development and characterization of curcumin-glucosamine-collagen peptide for biomedical applications’’ under following terms and conditions.

Contract duration: 01 year (Extendable to 03 Years)

Qualification/Eligibility: PhD Student (fresh admission in Pharmaceutics will be preferred)

Experience: The candidate should have an experience of formulation preparation (Oral and Topical), understanding and knowledge of how to characterize the formulations with different techniques like FTIR, DSC, XRD, SEM etc, running of HPLC-UV with software handling and animal handling as well. Candidate having project relevant background will be preferred.

Project information: The project duration is 36 months. The above position is purely on temporary basis. The incumbent will be required to sign a surety bond for entire duration of the project. The selected candidate could use the partial project data for his/her PhD thesis to fulfill the requirement of the PhD degree with the consent of PI (which will act as his/her supervisor). Intellectual property rights will remain intact with the Principle Investigator; and the student (research Associate) will not claim what so ever in this regard.
