An established international organization is seeking proposals for branding services that enhance women's reproductive health access through pharmacies in Islamabad. This role involves creating innovative branding strategies and technical proposals that align with the organization's mission of promoting safe reproductive health services. The selected firm will work closely with Ipas to ensure that pharmacies are effectively branded to support women's health needs. Evaluation Criteria: for Both Scope of Work: The various functional elements of the technical criteria are assigned weighted scores, so that the Applicants will know which areas require emphasis in the preparation of Applications. The relative importance of each criterion is indicated by the number of points assigned; a total of 75 points is possible.
a) Technical Evaluation Criteria and Scoring: Quality of technical proposal: Design, branding, implementation per design approved by Ipas with feasible and cost-effective options plus standard defined for high quality branding = 30 Previous similar experience with completion reports and reference letters = 20

9. STATEMENT OF WORK:
9.1 Introduction/Background: Ipas Pakistan is an international non-governmental organization (INGO), working to decrease death and injury from unsafe abortion in Pakistan through policy advocacy, and socially and culturally sensitive interventions, including training of healthcare providers, supporting the sustainability of safe reproductive health technologies, and strengthening national partnerships in support of women’s sexual and reproductive health and rights.
Ipas has developed a strategy for involving pharmacies to be branded as a landmark (women friendly pharmacies) to focus on women reproductive health issues specifically linking women directly with the pharmacy.
9.2 Period of Performance: 12th June to 30th June 2023
9.3 Place of Performance: Islamabad District
9.4 Scope of Work:
Ipas Pakistan plans to hire the services of a registered firm- expert in developing and execute branding model for 20 licensed pharmacies/drug stores in Islamabad district- urban and rural without making any structural changes in the pharmacy/drug store. Boarding/billboards may also be required as per the pharmacy requirement. Ipas is requesting a technical and financial proposal in this regard.
