We are looking for a full-time Scrum Master for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria town, Islamabad. The Scrum Master will lead the development of automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from numerous database systems. The incumbent will be required to develop standard and efficient ways to create data sets which can be used in different dashboards, scorecards, and other reports.

Job Description

• Responsible for gathering and consolidating the business requirements for developing, data mapping and delivering the required reports/solution to the management.
• Develop dashboards and reports with visualizing tools such as MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Conduct data analysis with data visualization or statistical techniques.
• Beyond business and design skills, the role requires experience writing SQL, leveraging reporting and dashboard tools, creating ETL jobs, and expanding the data mart.
• Insight & Analysis of customer behavior and market opportunity to maximize profit and optimize the cost of operation.
• Strong SQL programming experience is mandatory.
• Be able to use data to analyze in order to understand market opportunities and threats, which suggest business strategies to achieve maximum profit.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, statistics, IT, or other relevant fields.
• At least 3+ years of experience in BI (dashboard, database designing) and data analysis.
• Proficiency in creating reports and performing analysis with MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau, and PowerBI, or other visualizing and presentation tools.
• Experience in using tools such as Tableau is a must.
• Very strong experience in building intuitive visualizations using PowerBI & Tableau on top of structured/unstructured data.
• Should be able to manipulate, integrate, and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from a variety of sources.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
