The BI Specialist will lead the development of automated and reusable routines for extracting requested information from numerous database systems. The incumbent will be required to develop standard and efficient ways to create data sets which can be used in different dashboards, scorecards, and other reports.

Job Description

• Responsible for gathering and consolidating business requirements for developing, data mapping, and delivering the required reports/solutions to management.
• Develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Conduct data analysis with data visualization or statistical techniques.
• Write SQL, leverage reporting and dashboard tools, create ETL jobs, and expand the data mart.
• Analyze customer behavior and market opportunities to maximize profit and optimize operational costs.
• Strong SQL programming experience is mandatory.
• Use data analysis to understand market opportunities and threats, guiding business decisions to maximize profit.

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Statistics, IT, or relevant fields.
• At least 3+ years of experience in BI (dashboard, database designing) and data analysis.
• Proficiency in creating reports and performing analysis with MS Excel, PivotTable, Tableau, PowerBI, or other visualization tools.
• Experience in using Tableau is a must.
• Strong experience in building intuitive visualizations using PowerBI & Tableau on structured/unstructured data.
• Ability to manipulate, integrate, and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from various sources.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
