Zameen Group is seeking a Reporting & Analytics professional to turn business data into actionable insights for property operations in Lahore. You will build and maintain reports and dashboards, collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Tech teams, and drive data accuracy across portfolios.

The role emphasizes real estate knowledge, KPI tracking, and AI-assisted reporting to improve efficiency and decision-making within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, MIS, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in reporting, MIS, business or financial reporting.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in real estate/property sector preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Analyze business, financial, commercial, operational, and customer data.
• Track KPIs, targets, recoveries, billing, outstanding amounts, variances, and trends.
• Prepare portfolio-level analysis and property-related financial data.
• Validate data and coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies.

Job Brief

We are looking for a Reporting & Analytics professional with strong hands-on experience reporting, financial and commercial analysis, dashboard development, and real-estate/property-sector operations.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, work with large datasets, prepare management reports, identify trends and discrepancies, and convert data into actionable insights.

Familiarity with AI tools, will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Analyze business, financial, commercial, operational, and customer-related data.
• Track KPIs, targets, recoveries, billing, outstanding amounts, variances, and performance trends.
• Prepare portfolio-level analysis.
• Analyze property-related financial data including billing, collections, receivables, installments, and other commercial charges.
• Analyze recovery performance against billing, targets, and previous periods.
• Identify data discrepancies, gaps, and anomalies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between system data, reports, and source files.
• Convert business requirements into clear reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs.
• Present key findings and insights to management in a clear and concise manner.
• Continuously improve reporting formats, processes, and analytical methodologies.

Real Estate & Commercial Knowledge

• Have Strong knowledge of property sales, bookings, inventory, allotments, transfers, possessions, rentals, and customer receivables.
• Have understanding of real-estate business processes and their financial/commercial impact.
• Work with Finance and Commercial teams to validate billing, recovery, receivables, adjustments, and other financial data.
• Provide analytical support for management decisions related to property and customer portfolios.

AI & Automation

• Use AI tools such as Claude and Vs Code for reporting, documentation, automation, and workflow improvement.
• Explore AI-assisted methods to reduce manual reporting and improve analytical efficiency.
• Use AI tools to support data interpretation, trend identification, and report preparation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Technology, Data/BI, Property Management, Facility Management, and Customer Services teams.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with Technology/Data teams for system and reporting enhancements.
• Follow up on data issues and ensure timely resolution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in reporting, MIS, business analysis, commercial analysis, or financial reporting.
• Experience in the real estate/property sector will be strongly preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of financial and commercial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and KPI reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with CRM, ERP, Property Management, or Real Estate Management Systems.
• Experience working with Finance and Commercial teams.
• Experience in preparing management dashboards and executive reports.
• Experience in reporting automation and process improvement.
