Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking a Reporting & Analytics professional to drive data-informed decisions across the property portfolio. You will develop dashboards, perform financial and commercial analyses, and support management with regular reporting and insights.

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with real estate processes are essential. The role involves working with Finance, Commercial, Technology, and Data teams to validate data, automate reporting, and deliver actionable outputs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in reporting, MIS, business analysis, commercial analysis, or financial reporting.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in real estate/property sector preferred.
• Experience in preparing management dashboards and executive reports.
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Analyze business, financial, commercial, operational, and customer-related data.
• Track KPIs, targets, recoveries, billing, outstanding amounts, variances, and performance trends.
• Prepare portfolio-level analysis and property-related financial data including billing and receivables.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Convert requirements into reports, dashboards, and outputs; present findings to management.
