SME Careers is seeking an Urdu Language Specialist to review AI-generated Urdu content and craft high-quality reference material. You will assess language quality, tone, register, and cultural appropriateness, providing precise feedback and rewrites to support model training.

The role is remote, hourly, and focuses on Urdu grammar, Nastaliq/script conventions, and bilingual feedback in English. Prior editorial QA for AI data is highly preferred.

Competenze

• Native or near-native Urdu proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1) to provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years in writing, editing, localization, translation, or related language work.

Mansioni

• Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and gold-standard Urdu answers across domains.
• Optimize AI Performance: evaluate and rank outputs for fluency, tone, and accuracy.
• Ensure Model Integrity: detect unsafe content, bias, mistranslations, and validate reliability.
