Job summary

Flexcube is a Swiss premium brand for modular metal furniture systems. We sell directly through our Shopify Plus store at flexcube.ch and are looking for someone who treats it like their own product: not ticket-driven, but continuously making the store measurably better.

You'll develop in Shopify Plus (themes, features, and apps), test across devices and markets, and drive conversion with data-driven experiments.

Qualifications

• Several years of proven Shopify experience with Liquid and JavaScript.
• Demonstrable CRO impact with measurable conversion improvements.
• Experience setting up clean data tracking (GA4, Pixel, Klaviyo).

Responsibilities

• Develop in Shopify Plus: themes, features, and apps.
• Test features across browsers, devices, and languages.
• Improve conversion rate from hypotheses to testing.
• Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, Pixel, Klaviyo).
• Monitor user behavior and optimize UX.
• Move brand forward with scalable product improvements.
