Job summary

GNO Partners is seeking a Senior Amazon Brand Manager to own growth for 7- and 8-figure brands. You will lead PPC, organic ranking, pricing strategy, and P&L optimization for an assigned brand in a fully remote setting.

You’ll collaborate with internal specialists and client teams to hit ambitious revenue and profit targets, embedding proven frameworks and SOPs to scale with sustainability. 7–8 figure portfolios await your strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years managing or advising Amazon brands at $3M+ annual revenue.
• Deep expertise in Amazon PPC, SQPR, organic ranking mechanics, and keyword research.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills; fluent with P&Ls and contribution margin.
• Proven track record improving ACOS, CVR, and organic rank through coordinated PPC + SEO + offers.
• Tools mastery: Helium10 (Cerebro, Keyword Tracker, etc.), DataDive, and Sellerboard (or similar P&L tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive ownership mindset; thrives in remote, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• PPC management - end-to-end campaign build, optimization, and budget control.
• Ranking, SEO, and listings - surface opportunities to improve organic ranking.
• Offers, pricing, and promotions - structure tests to lift CVR and protect margin.
• P&L and fees optimization - monitor margins and optimize spend and fees.
• Operations and catalog health - coordinate restock plans and resolve catalog issues.
• Competitive insight and reporting - map competitors and provide weekly action plans.
