Job summary

QS Quacquarelli Symonds is seeking a Regional Recruitment Manager to represent Sunway University across Pakistan and the Middle East. The role is remote with a 12-month contract, requiring high English proficiency and strong stakeholder management.

You will coordinate with Sunway University’s International Recruitment Office, lead outreach events, and optimize CRM-driven recruitment campaigns while supporting offer conversions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Educated to first degree level with strong communication skills.
• Experience in student recruitment or education sector preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required.
• High English proficiency with clear written and spoken communication.
• IT literacy with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Represent Sunway University in Pakistan & Middle East recruitment efforts.
• Support recruitment and conversion activities across regions.
• Provide accurate information to students and education agents.
• Maintain CRM data and generate activity reports.
• Coordinate with International Recruitment Office on regional plans.
• Attend events, campaigns, and virtual outreach activities.
