Responsibilities include testing payment workflows (Stripe, ApplePay, 3DS), patient appointment flows, authentication, telehealth sessions, and prescription handling; plus cross-browser testing and test automation for key journeys.

Qualifications

• At least four years of QA experience or proven equivalent.
• Testing web apps and complex payment workflows.
• Hands-on API testing, SQL, and debugging utilities.
• Strong QA methodologies and defect tracking knowledge.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to own QA processes.
• Bonus: healthcare/pharmacy platform background, Stripe/ApplePay familiarity.

The GP Service is a digital health platform that connects patients with medical services online. They are seeking a senior-level QA Engineer to work remotely from Pakistan, taking charge of overall software quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive functional, regression, exploratory, and API tests.
• Validate patient appointment flows, payment processing, user authentication, virtual consultations, and prescription handling.
• Verify payment gateway integrations such as Stripe, ApplePay, 3DSecure and manage refund scenarios.
• Detect, analyze, and log defects using browser dev tools, API calls, and SQL queries.
• Perform cross-browser testing on desktop and mobile, including iOS Safari and Android Chrome.
• Maintain test case libraries, regression suites, and release readiness documentation.
• Work closely with development teams to guarantee stable releases.
• Introduce practical test automation for key user journeys.
