SME Careers, a subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, is seeking a Punjabi Language Specialist to review AI-generated Punjabi content and craft high-quality reference content on an hourly, remote contractor basis. You will evaluate language quality, step-by-step reasoning, and provide precise written feedback to guide model improvements.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Punjabi proficiency (reading and writing)
• Strong professional proficiency in English (C1)
• 3+ years in language-focused work (writing, editing, translation, QA, journalism)
• Deep understanding of Punjabi grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style
• Experience with script requirements: Gurmukhi and/or Shahmukhi

Responsabilités

• Review and quality-check translations of English science benchmark questions (ARC) in target language
• Compare original translation and AI-corrected version against English source
• Focus on accuracy and faithfulness rather than stylistic improvement
