Job summary

Siemens Karachi is seeking an Executive Engineer-Project Management to lead project planning, allocate resources, and drive the successful execution of complex projects within defined budgets and timelines.

The role focuses on coordinating project activities, managing customer-specific requirements, and maintaining proactive communication with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and timely decisions on issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in identifying and implementing cost savings measures within project.
• Commitment to develop, drive, and manage projects in a highly competitive market.
• Knowledge of Siemens Medium voltage, Low voltage switchgear along with Protection and automation schemes and components.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates overall planning of the project and may decide on allocation of resources.
• Is responsible for the overall successful execution of the (sub) project.
• Coordinates the project execution within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
• Is responsible for the implementation of customer-specific requirements.
• Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer; ensures professional stakeholder management.
• Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
• Will coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite.
• Maintains communication to customers, outside contractors or other (internal) stakeholders.
• Will monitor milestones and adherence to budgets.
• Will have responsibility for economic results.
• May have responsibility for testing of Protection Panels ,relays and implementing of Protection schemes on site.
