Job summary

Tether Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy for buying and swapping USDT and XAUT across global markets. You will partner with expansion teams to map payment landscapes, select the best on‑ramps, and drive a seamless in‑app experience.

This role sits at the intersection of product, payments and partnerships, driving outcomes end to end with remote collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in finance/fintech or crypto.
• 3+ years of product management in DeFi/crypto.
• Strong understanding of crypto wallets, token swaps and on‑chain flows.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Buy & Swap strategy for USDT/XAUT in Wallet.
• Map target markets and payment methods with expansion teams.
• Evaluate and onboard external partners for on‑ramp or swap services.
• Translate partner capabilities into clear product requirements for engineering.
• Define routing logic by country, currency and availability.
• Track KPIs across funnel: conversion, approvals, charges, and volume.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and BD for terms and rollout.
