Job summary

Tether Wallet is a self‑custodial wallet enabling USDT and XAUT on‑ramp and swaps across global markets. You will own strategy for buying and swapping assets, map payment landscapes, evaluate partners, and work with Legal, Compliance and BD to onboard service providers.

This role sits at the intersection of product, payments and partnerships, and requires cross‑functional collaboration to ship end‑to‑end experiences. Grow with a remote‑first fintech leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in financial industry (banking, PSP, FinTech).
• 3+ years in DeFi or crypto product management.
• Strong understanding of crypto wallets and DeFi features (swaps, DEX, on‑chain flows).
• Knowledge of global payment systems, card schemes, authorization, 3‑D Secure, chargebacks, local methods.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Buy & Swap strategy for USDT/XAUT across fiat on‑ramps and swap flows.
• Analyze target markets to map payment methods, rails, and local providers.
• Evaluate and onboard on‑ramp or swap partners with Legal, Compliance, and BD alignment.
• Translate partner capabilities into product requirements and in‑app experiences.
• Define routing logic by country/currency/amount to optimize user options.
• Set and monitor KPIs for buy/swap funnel, conversion, and partner performance.
