Zusammenfassung

Tether Wallet is our self-custodial wallet to bring USDT and XAUT to users globally. You will define and own the strategy for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT across target markets, partnering with on-ramp providers, card schemes, and local rails.

You’ll lead end-to-end delivery from partner evaluation to in-app experience and post-launch metrics. Role sits at the intersection of product, payments and partnerships, with ownership of the buy/swap journey, optimization, and partner

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience in the financial industry (banking, payment service provider, FinTech).
• 3+ years of product management experience in DeFi or crypto industry.
• Good understanding of crypto wallets and DeFi features, including token swaps, DEX aggregators and on-chain transaction flows.
• Good understanding of global payment systems and card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), including authorization, 3-D Secure and chargebacks, as well as local payment methods such as bank transfers, instant payment rails and mobile money.
• Hands-on experience with fiat on-ramp, off-ramp or swap providers, or with integrating third-party payment providers and gateways into a consumer product.
• Proven experience evaluating, selecting and onboarding external partners, and managing their performance after launch.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML requirements and how they affect user onboarding and conversion.
• Technical enough to read partner API documentation, assess integration options and work closely with engineering teams.
• Data-driven: experience defining funnel KPIs and using data to improve conversion and make partner decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, expansion teams and engineers across time zones in a remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the Buy & Swap strategy for USDT and XAUT across Tether Wallet.
• Map target markets’ payment landscapes and identify best on-ramps and partners.
• Evaluate and select on-ramp or swap partners for each market.
• Lead partner onboarding from evaluation to go-live, coordinating with Legal & Compliance.
• Translate partner capabilities into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define routing logic to optimize provider choices by market and currency.
• Monitor KPIs across the buy/swap funnel and drive improvements.
