Job summary

XenonDev is seeking a Full-Stack Product Engineer to optimize product outcomes through robust backends, thoughtful UX, and scalable code. Your role will involve designing features in React and Node.js, owning project components independently, and collaborating directly with team leaders. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in shipping production applications and are comfortable with REST APIs, SQL, and Git. This position allows remote work with the option to work from Lahore HQ.

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an engineer who treats product outcomes as their north star: reliable backends, thoughtful UX details, and code that survives real traffic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement features across React (and occasionally React Native) and Node.js services.
• Own vertical slices of client projects — schema design, APIs, auth, deployments — without waiting for permission.
• Collaborate directly with founders and operators; translate ambiguity into milestones.
• Participate in code review and raise the bar for clarity and maintainability.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years shipping production web applications.
• Comfortable with REST APIs, SQL databases, and Git workflows.
• Communication skills strong enough for async updates and occasional client‑facing syncs.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with AWS or similar cloud primitives. Mobile (React Native) or automation/integration work. Interest in AI‑assisted tooling without skipping fundamentals.
