Job summary

IT Impact Consulting is seeking a mid–senior AI Engineer to build AI features powering our product's companion. This is a hands‑on, ship‑fast role in a remote Pakistan team, spanning the stack (Angular/NestJS/Postgres) to deliver user‑centric AI experiences.

You will design safe, scalable prompts, RAG workflows, and tool integrations while deploying end‑to‑end features from model layer to front-end in a HIPAA‑aware environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Angular, NestJS, and Postgres in a full-stack context.
• Ability to ship AI features end-to-end and contribute to overall product development.
• Product mindset with focus on user experience and safety.
• Instinct for AI safety, reliability, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Build AI features end to end and ship fast from model layer to user interface.
• Contribute to regular full-stack work across the codebase (Angular/NestJS/Postgres).
• Design guardrails and escalation paths to keep the product safe and compliant.
