Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in brand strategy or marketing roles.
• Expert in positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Experience developing customer insights and segmentation.
• Strong strategic reasoning and decision quality.
• Able to critique and improve brand briefs and GTM plans.
• C1 English proficiency and attention to detail.
• Experience with AI data training/annotation preferred.
